1st - Casper woke on a lovely morning at Greg & Rosie's lovely Adelaide home where the duo spent the night. The guys headed off to explore various regions and had a look at Aldinga Beach. Myponga Resevoir One of the towns that Paulie and Stephen have shortlisted as a potential future home, Willunga,  was visited.
Time to chat to the other Ms Turnbull, Paulie's sister-in-law, Nicky, on her birthday in lovely Te Aroaha, NZ. Paulie and Stephen visited in May 2024 2nd - en route back to Adelaide, the guys stop off at Ashton Hills Vineyard in the HIlls (another shortlisted future home). . 3rd- The guys found a nice area around Robert Street in West Croyden
Two nights were spent with Olivia - the hostess with the mostess. The trio enjoyed a lovely fireside dinner with pals Jane and David 4th - and then head back to Brisbane. The house was still on the market with  2 and sometimes 3 inspections a week
A number of interested parties started to talk about offers. Things were getting close. 7th - back in Brisbane Paulie and Stephen enjoy afternoon walks around the river at the university very groovy scrubs 13th - Olivia's bathroom renovation commenced and she babysat a pal's home and dog in Croyden Park whilst they were away on her honeymoon.
The work at Olivia's progressed well 15th - a run around Brompton levitates spirits and bodies. Bindi enjoys showing Olivia the local turf Paulie and Stephen dropped in on Pete and Shari
17th - Jan and Jim Dunlop invited Paulie and Stephen to stay with them at an apartment in Bagara - a 4+ hour drive form Brisbane. Stephen enjoyed the flat region when cycling Paulie stretched as her torn ligament healed The need for a crutch to help the torn tendon heal was almost over. 18th - heading to Burnett Heads through sugar cane fields.
Lighthouse reached, so 10km back he goes On the way back via a patch near Mon Repo Turtle Centre- the most accessible rookery on the east coast. Lunch in the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens Jim was joined by a local hoping to share some of his sandwich
19th - a lovely sunrise started the day Hummock Lookout... a low (at 96 metres) high point of the area - ocean to the east and cane fields to the west. The highest point Back from the last cyle (he clocked up over 60km over that and the previous 2 days) and ready for the next adventure
The guys went for a drive. Back to the lookout. Then Barolin Point . .
An evening drink before Jim & Jan took the guys to dinner 21st - a Korean BBQ feast back in Brisbane in with Nick . 26th - dog sitting Princess Lottie whilst the St Lucia Athertons were at their Burleigh Heads pad was tiring
28th - a weekend paper catch up by the fire 29th - Olivia joined her running pals for a foggy run in town . Owen and Denise arrived on their new scooters- a future means of getting about the hilly Maleny environs
. . Feeling Japanese, Chis Atherton whipped up a Sukiyaki lunch At the end of the month Jan and Jim hitched a ride from Noosaville with son Stef and visited Paulie and Stephen. The duo had flights booked for France on July 8th
The whole AusRoad management team caught up with their parents and Auntie Paulie before the Duo were to fly out the next week. It was good to catch Toni at lunch as he was commuting from their  retreat in Victoria where the family is living in their Hotham Alpine Resort apartment (marked in yellow) Lovely views from their window and the kids got to attend the resort school for the whole term... ... with ample time to improve their already dazzling skiing skills
